BARNSLEY PREMIER LEISURE (BPL) - COMMUNITY HEALTH - PARKINSON'S CLASS

We will be holding a brand new inclusive class for all who have Parkinson's disease except those on stage 4. #parkinsonsuk

A hot drink will also be provided.

This class will help to improve gait, balance, tremor, flexibility, grip strength, flexibility and coordination.
